I can create an insightful reporting dashboard

Data is a powerful thing. Since I’ve been obsessed with data for a while, I know the best ways of showcasing data and ensuring we all get the best out of our precious data.

Looker Studio Reporting Dashboard

Having a reporting dashboard is such a quick and helpful way of monitoring performance. Over the years Looker Studio has improved drastically, which is why it’s my go-to program for creating and developing dashboards for all my clients.

Why would you need a reporting dashboard?

  1. Unified View: Consolidate all marketing metrics and KPIs into a single source of truth.

  2. Transparency: Ensure that all stakeholders have access to the same information.

  3. Stakeholder Reporting: Share insights and performance metrics easily with stakeholders.

  4. Goal Progression: Quickly ensure marketing activities are aligned with overall business goals.

  5. Real-Time Insights: A dashboard provides live information, enabling quick decision-making.

  6. Data-Driven Strategies: To facilitate informed decisions based on actual performance data.

  7. Identify Trends: Spot emerging trends and patterns in marketing performance.

  8. Campaign Effectiveness: Measure the success of specific marketing campaigns against goals.

  9. ROI Analysis: Assess the return on investment for marketing activities, helping to budget effectively.

  10. Automation: Reduce the time spent on manual data collection and report generation.

  11. Spot Issues Early: Identify underperforming areas or issues in campaigns quickly.

  12. Benchmarking: Compare performance against industry benchmarks or historical performance.

  13. Bespoke Insights: Get detailed insights into things you care about, like customer behaviour.

  14. Multi-Channel View: Provides a holistic view of performance across various marketing channels.

Convinced, what are the next steps?

  1. To start with, you can either give me a detailed brief, or explain your goals and objectives and I can do the rest. Typically, it becomes a collaboration where you probably have an idea in your head of what you want out of a dashboard, and I will suggest other things that you might find helpful or insightful.

  2. The next step is to plan out the dashboard, and from there we can negotiate a price and a timeframe - I’m typically quite speedy at doing these, so don’t worry if you feel like you’re asking to much because you’re probably not!

  3. Once all that has been agreed, I’ll scurry off and build the dashboard (I will need access to all the data, but that’s a boring part I won’t give much airtime to)

  4. We can then go through the dashboard on a call, where I can explain what I have done and where the data has come from. In an ideal world, it would be perfect, but there’s always room for feedback…

  5. You will give feedback and list all the changes you would like - there is no limit to the changes, I will always be on hand to complete the job and get it right.

  6. Once everything is perfect, I can transfer ownership of the dashboard over to you.

As the original creator of the dashboard, I will be able to fix anything if it breaks in the future, or answer any questions you have until you are comfortable with everything - there will obviously be no charge on that.
